Ursaring V.S. Dr Who
One is a rare pokemon with the ability to distinguish any smell and, more notably, raises its attack by 50% when inflicted by a status ailment. (Thank YOU wikipedia!) The other is a Time Lord played by a Scotsman. And we all know how angry they can get.
Who will win? Only one way to find out. FIGHT!

Okay this is a no contest. The Doctor has a Sonic Screw Driver, a great haircut, a Tardis, is a Time Lord, has saved the universe time and time again, he can re-generate and is witty smart and sexy. Ursaring is just one typo away from being called UR ARS RING.

Hmmmm... strangely enough, more to make it interesting than anything else, I'm gonna vote for Ursaring. No doubt Doctor Who would use a "status ailment" and then Ursaring would double his attack rate and kick some Timelord butt.
